I am writing to express my concern regarding the quality and clarity of some of the educational material on your website.
Â
Several paragraphs are written in a confusing, repetitive, and poorly structured manner, which makes them difficult to understand. The experience was quite frustrating — I had to read the same sections multiple times and, in some cases, copy and paste the content into an AI chatbot just to make sense of it.
Â
For example, in the section discussing the James–Lange and Cannon–Bard theories, the paragraph states that James–Lange theory proposes emotions come after physical reactions, but later in the same paragraph it again compares James–Lange to the Cannon–Bard theory by stating that emotions come after physical reactions, which is incorrect and contradicts the earlier explanation. In reality, the Cannon–Bard theory proposes that emotional experience and physiological responses occur simultaneously. This kind of repetition and internal inconsistency makes the material unnecessarily confusing for learners.

I subscribed to this website because I trusted it as a reliable academic resource. As someone preparing for the MRCPsych examination, I rely on clear, accurate, and well-structured explanations. Unfortunately, this particular content did not meet those expectations.
Â
Educational material intended for postgraduate medical exams should be precise, coherent, and learner-friendly. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve the quality and accuracy of the content.
Â
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
